8k84 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

01Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with 8k84, you must satisfy all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for online gaming participation under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 8k84 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during each gaming session, unless 8k84 has expressly extended its services to additional jurisdictions in writing.
• You must not be employed by, or closely related to an employee of, 8k84, any of its affiliated companies, or any of the game providers or technology partners whose products are offered on the 8k84 platform.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the 8k84 platform or from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator in the Philippines.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party when placing bets or operating your 8k84 account.
• You must not be on any government-mandated exclusion list or be a person prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.

8k84 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the customer relationship. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to 8k84's satisfaction, your account may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited, with the original deposit amount returned where legally required.

02Account Rules

Each person may hold only one active account with 8k84. Opening multiple accounts — for any reason, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses, avoiding account restrictions, or acting as a proxy for another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering your 8k84 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID, your current mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8k84 account login credentials. 8k84 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 8k84 immediately via our support channels if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

03Identity Verification (KYC)

8k84 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to provide documentation at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or at any time at 8k84's discretion.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identity documents for KYC purposes include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Passport (Philippine)
• Driver's Licence (LTO)
• SSS / GSIS / Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

Verification requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. 8k84 will not process withdrawal requests to payment accounts that are not in the verified account holder's name. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the 8k84 Privacy Policy and Philippine data protection law.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8k84 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 8k84 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

8k84 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to an account in your name that matches your verified 8k84 identity. 8k84 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be traced to a verified source.

Funds deposited into your 8k84 wallet are held in segregated player accounts and are not used for 8k84 operational expenses. Your balance at 8k84 is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds and subject to KYC verification.

05Bonuses and Promotions

8k84 offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all 8k84 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are valid for one (1) use per player, per promotion period. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts is prohibited.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% per ₱1 wagered. Table games, bingo, and sabong may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution breakdown is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically with no obligation for 8k84 to reinstate them.
• 8k84 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun participating, 8k84 will use reasonable efforts to honour commitments already earned up to the cancellation date.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirement process.

8k84 actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse. Techniques such as low-risk matched betting across markets, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, may result in winnings being forfeited and accounts restricted.

06Betting Rules

All bets placed at 8k84 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the individual product being used:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and recorded in the 8k84 system. A bet confirmation screen and reference number will be displayed after each successful bet placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by 8k84, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except in circumstances where 8k84 specifically offers a cash-out facility and that facility is active at the time.
• 8k84 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to: bets placed on incorrect odds due to a system error, bets placed on events after the outcome is already known, and bets placed by players acting in clear bad faith.
• Minimum bet amounts are specified per product. Please refer to the relevant section of the 8k84 platform for current minimum stakes on each betting product.
• Maximum win limits may apply per single bet, per event, and per player per day. These limits are set by 8k84 and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• 8k84 uses odds provided by certified odds compilers and providers. Odds are correct at the time of display but may change before your bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.

07Sabong-Specific Rules

Online sabong betting at 8k84 is conducted on live matches streamed from licensed Philippine cockpit arenas. The following additional rules apply specifically to sabong betting:

• Bets on sabong matches are accepted only while the betting window is open. The betting window closes at the signal horn as declared by the arena, at which point no further bets will be accepted regardless of technical conditions on the player's end.
• The official result as declared by the licensed arena referee is final. 8k84 will apply the declared result to all bets and settle them accordingly. 8k84 has no authority to alter the declared result of a live arena match.
• In the event of a stream interruption or technical failure on the 8k84 side that occurs after betting has closed but before the match result is declared, 8k84 will defer to the official arena result once it is confirmed through its arena partner. Bets already placed remain valid.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins — as declared by the arena operator — all bets for that match are voided and stakes refunded to player wallets automatically.
• Draw or Fight to the Death (FTD) outcomes are settled at the stated FTD odds. 8k84 follows the arena's official FTD declaration as the sole determinant of this outcome.

08Slots and Casino Games

All slot games and casino products available on 8k84 are sourced from certified game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the game's information panel and is verified by the game provider's certification body.

Slots and casino games at 8k84 are games of chance. The outcome of each spin or hand is determined entirely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous outcomes, player behaviour, bet size, or any other external factor. 8k84 makes no representation that past results are indicative of future outcomes.

Progressive jackpot pools displayed on the 8k84 platform are updated in real time where technically feasible. Jackpot wins are subject to verification by the game provider. In the event of a jackpot verification dispute, the game provider's certified system records are the authoritative source of truth.

Demo or free-play mode is available on most slot titles. Winnings from demo play are virtual credits only and have no monetary value. Demo play does not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.

09Responsible Gaming

8k84 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our duty of care to players seriously and have implemented the following responsible gaming measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Players can set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players can request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to register a new 8k84 account.
• Reality Checks: Regular session time reminders are available and can be configured to appear at intervals of your choosing.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k84 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing any restriction placed by 8k84.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or manipulate game outcomes at 8k84.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any gaming product offered by 8k84.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unlawful payment instruments to deposit at 8k84.
• Engaging in any activity that 8k84 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access 8k84's proprietary systems, source code, or databases without authorisation.
• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8k84 staff, contractors, or other players.

11Account Suspension and Closure

8k84 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months with a zero balance.

If 8k84 closes an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method after deducting any applicable administration fees, as stated in the notification of closure. Where closure is due to breach or fraud, 8k84 may retain the full balance as permitted by law and PAGCOR regulations.

Players may voluntarily close their 8k84 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes, with the resulting balance returned to the player.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k84's total liability to any player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k84 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to internet service, mobile network connectivity, or device performance on the player's end.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or other circumstances beyond 8k84's reasonable control.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures that are not attributable to 8k84's own systems.
• Player decisions made on the basis of incorrect information displayed due to a technical error, where 8k84 corrects the error within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these terms limits 8k84's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 8k84's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

13Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has been made in the settlement of a bet, a game result, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of your 8k84 account, please follow these steps:

1. Contact 8k84 Support via live chat or email at support@8k84.asia within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
2. Provide your account username, the specific event or transaction in question (including date, time, and any reference numbers), and a clear description of what you believe went wrong.
3. 8k84's support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require longer investigation periods.
4. If you are not satisfied with 8k84's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR via its official dispute resolution channel as the applicable regulatory body.

8k84's transaction records and game logs are the primary source of evidence in any dispute. Where the 8k84 system records and the player's records differ, the 8k84 system records — verified against game provider logs where applicable — will be treated as authoritative.

14Amendments to Terms

8k84 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, 8k84 will also notify active players via email or in-platform notification with at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 8k84 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using 8k84 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

8k84 operates under a PAGCOR licence and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. In matters of online gaming regulation, PAGCOR's rules and determinations take precedence over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the 8k84 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between 8k84 and you in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
